IRON BUTTERFLY FUZZ / WAH PEDAL 1971

IRON BUTTERFLY FUZZ / WAH CIRCA 1971. THIS ONE SOLD FOR OVER 800.00 USD! MADE IN JAPAN. ALL THESE OLD JAPANESE FUZZ PEDALS ARE BY FAR THE MOST INTERESTING AND UNIQUE.

DWELL, TONE, FUZZZZ DIALS AND FUZZZZ SWITCH. ONLY A HANDFUL OF THESE WERE MADE. ACCORDING TO A FORMER ROADIE FOR ERIK BRANN, ( IRON BUTTERFLY GUITARIST) THE COMPANY APPROACHED THEM ABOUT LICENSING AND ENDORSING THE PRODUCT, BUT THE BAND WAS NOT INTERESTED IN A BUSINESS VENTURE, SO NO MORE WERE MADE. FINISHED IN A BLACK WRINKLE FINISH & SINGLE 9 VOLT BATTERY TO FLY IT.

NEED MORE DETAILS ON THIS RARE BIRD, ER UH BUTTERFLY.

  2. I'm pretty sure this wasn't made in Japan, but actually it was made by Rosac/Ed Sanner out of California.

    It's basically a Rosac Nu-Wa Fuzz.
